Fitbit app crashes when I try to change the clock face

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Versa 2. When I click on the watch photo to change the clock face, I get booted out of the Fitbit app and back to my iPad Home Screen. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling but same issue happens.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting the iPad?

Make sure that iPad Bluetooth is on and that there are no other Bluetooth devices on, except the watch, and try again..

Thanks for your reply. It appears to be an incompatibility issue with iPad and Fitbit, because I tried going on on iPhone to change the watch face and it worked fine.
