I’m trying to set up notifications on a Fitbit Sense from an iPhone.
I’ve checked the help centre and the iPhone is set up correctly. The issue I’m running into is within the Fitbit app, when I go into the sense menu the notifications tab is there but it doesn’t do anything when I click on it. All other menu options are working.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Best AnswerOkay so deleting and reinstalling the app 4 times is apparently how you fix it.
Yes @Rachel-Fit that is really the only way to fix this when the Fitbit app on the phone
