Sense Quick/Voice replies not available

I just got my Sense and I don't see the option to reply to texts. Just to 'open' or 'clear'. I have the Note 20 Ultra. Using the Textra app. This happened on my Versa 2 as well. How do I get the quick replies or voice texting to work?

Are you able to reply to messages from other apps like WhatsApp, Telegram etc? Also when you get a message notification on your phone from the Textra app, do you have the ability to reply directly from the notification? Like in the image below?

I only use Textra and FB Messanger. This is all I see when I click the text.

I had to search fitbit and textra. I can't remember the setting I had to change but it's i the forums someplace. So sorry I'm not able to help more.
