Can I pay to have my screen replaced by Fitbit? I just got it for Christmas. Reading through the forum it seems it may not be an option. I believe you should be able to get these repaired like Apple does with their watch. If not I won’t buy another one. This is my. 3rd upgrade with a Fitbit and the first I’ve had a problem with.

Hi @JohnKar  there are no repairs for these devices. If you purchased by credit card, see if they can help you - many cover your device with a warranty.
