Sense Screen Cracked

The Screen on my Sense cracked. It wasn't bumped against anything, we were working outside and went for a swim to cool down,  I think the temperature difference must have caused it - that is the only explanation that we can find as there is NO marks on it indicating that it even might have accidently pushed up against something.   Is there anyway/ anywhere that can replace the screen - or should I call it a loss and move on.  For reference - the watch is only 5 months old.
