Got Fitbit Sense and dropped it the other day cracked the screen and to find out it can't be fixed. I wasn't very happy. Fitbit should sort it out that they should be able to be repaired

Hello @Tania1965. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for the experience. While we don't have a repair center, I'd like to let you know that your feedback and suggestions are very appreciated and please note that any feedback posted in the forums is always welcome, as it helps to improve our products, services and overall environment.

If you haven't contacted our Support Team for this matter, I'd recommend contacting them and explain the inconvenience. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Sense board to keep our forums organized.

See you around.

My experience with the Fitbit Sense is that the glass is soft and scratches very easily!  Also does not withstand even small drops (2 feet).  I was shocked after my display broke from such a small distance.  It's no Fitbit Ionic that's for sure!

I love the sense but will probably look elsewhere when the time comes for a replacement. I need something that is rugged. Last thing I need is worrying about my watch breaking/scratching with a minor bump/drop.

I actually think it's an excellent idea @Tania1965 to have a repair shop for Fitbit. Hopefully the "Powers That Be" at Fitbit will hear you out. I'm very gentle with mine for the most part and haven't had any issues, but I can see how that service would be useful, not just for screen repairs, but battery issues as well.
