Does anyone know why when I flip my wrist my Fitbit Sense screen does not light up?

 

Also when I go to setting and go to Display it is so dark that I can't see anything.

Swipe from left edge to right on the watch to get to quick settings,

Grey out Do not disturb mode and sleep mode, first and second icons top row and Always on first bottom row and turn on wrist action mode, middle bottom row.

If after performing the instructions above, the inconvenience persists, please perform a restart to your Sense. For the restart, please make sure to follow the steps here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
