My sense is only charging to 99%

You need to wait a little longer - it takes about 15 minutes to reach 100% from 99%

Hello @Teecy. Welcome to the community forums! @Guy_ I'm happy to see you here and thanks for your input! 

Overall, your Sense should take approximately 1-2 hours to fully charge. Also, make sure that you're charging your Sense into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device.
