It appears the best way to get my Sense to sync with my IPhone is to plug the Sense into the charger. No matter the charge level is.
I’ve tried every other recommendation, but the only solution that works is to plug the Sense into the charger.
Will Fitbit be fixing this issue?
I world like to get faster syncs, without having to find the charger and plugging it in.

It seems that the watch is not properly setup with your phone and is never syncing. The watch syncs via wifi to your account when on the charger.
Look for iPhone solutions for syncing.

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. In addition to the post above, please make sure that the Fitbit App for your iPhone is up to date.
Also, make sure that you have restarted your Sense as stated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
