Hi.
Received my Sense yesterday. iPad set up was easy. I cannot get the sense to set up on my phone.
Battery is charged.
I have restarted phone and watch
I have turned off and on Bluetooth
I have tried to “replace” the Fitbit sense
I have removed device to try again. No good. Tells me to put my sense near my phone
I keep getting “looking”. It will not recognize. and goes back
Extremely frustrating.

Hi @Bozzmb,
Unless you have two different accounts on your phone and iPad, you shouldn't need to set the device up twice. Just use your credentials to log into your account and you'll be fine.

It does show on my phone. It just won’t sync. It continues to say “looking”.

Is the app closed on your iPad? Sometimes they
cause issue when app is open on both devices and near one another.
What phone do you have?

This may be why the XR works when you are away from home. There is probably a conflict between
ipad and phone or two devices. Close the app on iPad and power it off. Then see if phone works while at home. If that is the case, don’t run the app on both devices at the same time.
