Sense - Some tiles disappeared on the Fitbit app

Hi,

I have a Sense Fitbit. I must have turned something off, or similar, because I have very few tiles on my dashboard  - about half of what I had before. If I choose edit, nothing that I had is showing 🤔

@Sassy8 Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed. Seems that you're referring to tiles on the Fitbit App and this actually happens when a Fitbit device is un-paired from the Fitbit account. 

 

In this case, I'd recommend making sure that your Sense is paired. If it was un-paired and if you haven't done so, I'd recommend re-adding it to your Fitbit account by following the steps here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hello @Sassy8 -- by "dashboard" do you mean on your Sense itself or the app on your phone?  Have you tried restarting the Sense or uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling it?  Can you provide a screenshot or picture of your issue?
