Hello!
I recently got my new Sense due to having to get rid of my Ionic when the recall happened.
I ordered my straps along with it as well, however ended up ordering them all in the wrong size!
I used the online chat to ask for these to be changed to small before they were sent out, however was informed that, as the order was still being processed, I would have to wait until the products arrive to return and exchange them.
The bands have now all arrived (apart from one), and I cannot find anywhere to contact to set up a return and exchange? Can anyone help?!
