Sense not charging or turning on

I did a 2 minute guided breathing exercise and then when the screen went blank I tried to turn it on and it wasn't showing that it had any battery life whatsoever. So I thought I might need to charge it. Although at the time of the breathing exercise it was at 35% battery. I have had it on the charger for about 10 minutes now and I haven't been able to see any sign of life. 
How big is the warranty for Australian buyers and users of the Sense watch? 
if I have gone beyond my warranty can I still get some kind of assistance with fixing my watch? As I did pay a lot of money for this watch.

Hi @Rach85alb  - it could be a watch fault or a charge cable fault (quite common) or just needs more cleaning.
