If you often Swipe left to get to Settings, whilst trying to fix a problem or change the Screen Timeout, it can be made easier.
On the watch Swipe left Click & hold Settings Drag it left to the first position Release it |

Objective to move Settings first, if you use it a lot.
Anyone can follow and move others to suit, but the point is to move Settings for troubleshooting.
