Yes, I searched. While I am not the only person who has had this issue, the other posts seem to either resolve or the people give up.
I received this watch 3 months ago. Worked fine up until a week ago, when the screen went dark and would not respond to touch, although the vibration could still be felt when pressing the button.
Performed a hard reset. Fitbit logo still appears, screen still dark.
It was still linked to my phone, so I changed the watch face in the app, and I was able to see the new watch face. Watch still syncs to the app (ios). Cannot manipulate the screen with my finger.
Tried another hard reset. Nothing changed.
Changed the watch face back to the original, stock watch face. I can see it now, but it is very dim. Cannot access the brightness feature because the screen will not respond to touch.
Performed a factory reset. Screen is now the appropriate brightness, but the screen still does not respond to touch.
Tried changing the watch face again. Still does not respond to touch.
Side button still works, as do alerts and waking the watch face when I raise my wrist..
Can't access the other functions without the touch screen though. Any ideas?

I should also note that the battery life has also dropped dramatically. It now loses about 80% in a 24 hr time span.

Hi @AvianMan! It’s great to have you on board!
Thank you for sharing with us the details about your Sense screen and the battery duration. I appreciate all the steps you have tried.
Since your Sense is syncing with the app, I suggest you check that your app, mobile, and watch are up-to-date. Once this has been verified, perform a restart by pressing the button until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen.
After restarting and confirming the updates, place your Sense on the charging cable and confirm if you are using a UL certified adapter to connect it, charge the watch and verify if the issue persists.
