Sense WIFI Connection

If your WIFI is enabled for 2.4 and 5 ghz under the same SSID, your Sense will have trouble connecting.  Period.

 

Create another SSID with 2.4 only.

That is true, fitbit will try to connect to the SSID the user setup, if both are the same, the sense will try and connect to the first one detected. 

However most routers have different SSIDs for the two.
