Why Can't Fitbit Make a Charger That Actually Lasts????

I have replaced my fitbit 3 times and every time the charger that comes with it lasts for 3-4 months before one of the pegs breaks rendering it useless. 

I've replaced the charger a dozen times and they ALL have the same defect.  How can Fitbit charge $300 for this device and not even get the charger right???

I’ve never had any issues with their chargers.

Hi, @KKaple, welcome, If you have experienced pin failure in your charging cable and your "Sense" is still in warranty talk to "Customer Support" alternatively you can buy a new charging cable from Amazon at a modest cost.

You're lucky.  For the last 2-3 years every single sense charger I've had gets a damaged pin and stops working requiring replacement.
