Sense Watchface very unresponsive

Are there any others who are having issues with the most unresponsive watch face, ever?
I took advantage of the Ionic swap program (well, not an advantage, as I was charged full price), and got a Sense. And it's been the most frustrating hour in a long time - it's super sluggish, and downright unresponsive when accessing a feature that's not set up yet on the phone, like the weather.
When accessing other data or apps, it's just sluggish or unresponsive - it works better off my arm than on.
Anyone else have this?

Hi @aliastasia  - this is not a usual issue try restarting the watch and if you changed clock face revert to the standard one. How do I restart my Fitbit device?  But you probably know how to restart it, just it may be getting to grips with the use of the indentation.
