My Sense is adding more steps than I have done? Like yesterday I done 7000 steps and a second later it jumped to 1200,literally a second later, that's twice now, help please?

Is this on the Sense? or in the Fitbit App?, It's worth doing a sync to see if the Fitbit App says the same thing?

First thing to try is to Shutdown the watch, then place it on charge to start it again.

If the problem persists, swipe left on the watch and open the Today app and check what it says you have for Steps, this will identify if it's a clock face issue or a watch issue.

If the issue is with the Fitbit App only check you don't have a second device or MobileTrack connected to your account.

Hello @Sinky99. Welcome to the community forums! @Guy_ Nice to see you around and thanks for your great input!

@Sinky99 Thank you for the detailed information. As @Guy_ mentioned, I'd recommend making sure that MobileTrack isn't enabled. MobileTrack is a feature that records basic stats such as steps using your phone's sensors if you don't have a Fitbit device available. But if there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, or if your phone was vibrating during that time, that might have caused you to receive incorrect steps tracked.

If this is the case, I'd suggest removing this feature by following the steps described in this help article and monitor your device's behavior to see if this has any relationship.

Hope this helps.
