Sense alarms not going off at schedule time

Here's the problem I am experiencing.  Alarms worked on my Versa 2...they are CRAP on the brand new Sense I just purchased.  I depend HEAVILY on alarms to maintain my focus during the day and to wake in the AM.  This "suggestion" you refer to above is avoiding the problem with a feature that literally worked flawlessly on the prior product.  This is not a "suggestion" it's an alert on a feature you tout that literally does not work.

When I set an alarm on the device, the alarm time is the current time the watch is showing.  For example, tonight I tried to set an alarm for 5:00 AM.  The resulting alarm was set for time I was working on the setting 8:43 PM.  That's not something that lends itself to "suggestion", it's a feature that DOES NOT WORK properly.  Please fix it since it should never have stopped working.

@PuckJojo Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

As a first approach, I'd like to ask you if you set your alarms with a voice assistant? If so, please note you can do either of the following:

  • Use the alarms feature on your Fitbit Sense instead of the alarms and reminders in the voice assistant app.
  • Change the location in their Amazon profile.

Note that Amazon Alexa uses the location of your Amazon profile when you set an alarm or reminder. If the you're travelling and didn’t reset your location, reminders and alarms may happen at the wrong time.

Nevertheless, if the above doesn't describe your issue, please remove and re-add the alarm. See How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the Sense board for organization purposes.
