Sense and Orangetheory

For tracking my OTF fitness class (treadmill, rower, floor exercises weights and bodyweight) I usually put on the general workout training, should I switch it to interval workout? We do a bunch of HIIT on the treads and rowers. Does it even matter which setting?

I usually use circuit training or workout category for Orangetheory.  You can always adjust the category after your workout.
