what happened to my o2 graph??  I had a watch face on my ionic that gave the actual percentage of o2 sats........it's gone!!  where did it go?  I thought this would be available on the Sense.

question 2................I'm trying to change clock faces..........my Sense tells me another clock face is still downloading..............Really??  for 2 days now?

@tallullah Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with both of your inquiries by numbering my replies.

1.- You will need to use the spO2 clock face as you did with your Ionic.

2.- Since you are having issues with changing the clock face this could explain why you aren't seeing this data regarding your first question. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here and once it syncs again retry changing the clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

I've found changing watchfaces form the phone app is... we'll call it "Fickle" for wont of a better word. But you can go to the watch itself and open the Watchface app and change it from there - that is almost instantaneous as long as you've download the watchface you want to the watch.

thank you all for replying.........while nothing really helped those first 24 hours that I had set up my new Sense, I decided to just let things settle.  what I had done that first day - I deleted the 4 watch faces already loaded on...........went back a couple of days later, dl'd the spO2 watch face and voila, there it was.

I am wondering, after it recorded a couple of nights with my new Sense and the sp0 2 clock face, ti said this am it "couldn't read sp02"  so how come it could read it the previous night and not last night?  the only difference.........put on my new leather band yesterday and got rid of the itchy band that comes with the watch.............
