I have a heart condition/disability where i need to make sure my heart rate is low at all times.
at first i had a fitbit versa for abt two or three yrs and it did amazing but slowly started waning so i decided to get a new watch.
I spent MONTHS researching and everything said to get a fitbit sense bc its really good for tracking heart rate.
ever since i bought its been severely inaccurate like 30bpm off my actual heart rate ive endangered my health and my life multiple times bc i trusted this watch's accuracy for example just the other week i stood up and immediately knew something was wrong i checked my sense and it said 90bpm i knew it was wrong bc i could feel my heart racing so i check my heart rate with a pulse ox i have and my heart rate was 210bpm tell me how thats safe?
it needs to be fix or i get a new one bc this is $300 down the drain
