Hi there anyone having an issue with sense constantly disconnecting phone phone? I am onto sense #2 and my mum is also having issues.

Hi @Bernie1234 - the disconnection can happen if the phone settings aren't correct.
Ensure that there is no battery optimisation on the phone that is shutting down Bluetooth or the Fitbit App. Different phones have different behaviour.
To make sure if this is the issue, you can use the SimpleCheckUp app which will tell you if the watch can't connect and when it last synced and other things.
If it can connect and you aren't getting notifications it can be a different problem.
