Sense are not made well.

Was forced to change when my ionic was recalled. Instead of changing manufacturers I stayed with fitbit and purchased a Sense. Within 2 weeks it stopped working and would just keep rebooting and shutting off. Had the whole have you tried rebooting it conversation with rep and they sent out a replacement. The replacement was broken right out of the box. Stone dead. Wont charge. nothing. Now its been three weeks with no sense that I purchased. I call back and the rep informs me I have to find a bubble envelope and drive to a UPS store and return it. The wait until they review it and decide if its broken. Then another 10 days for a replacement. From the same place that just sent me a broken one. How can these things be so fragile at $300? Never will purchase Fitbit again. Cant trust it lasting long for what you pay.

Hi, @BabyHuey1975, welcome, it's a pity you are having these problems. If you still have the Sense and have not returned it you may find the answer to your charging issue here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  The charging cable for the "Sense" is rather fragile, check the four pins are slightly proud of the pad and wiggle them with your finger (be gentle) they are spring-loaded and will move very slightly. If you still have a problem clean the back of your "Sense" - rubbing alcohol is recommended but I've used warm soapy water before. If your battery is flat the "Sense" may need to be on charge for up to 60 minutes before it shows signs of life
