Sense average heart rate per day

Is there anyway I can see my average heart rate per day. Not my Resting Heart Rate but the average BPM over the day.

I have started taking medication that elevates my heart rate. I know a Fitbit is ‘not intended as a medical device’ but this data would be extremely useful. Not just in relation to medication. Stress response (the stress response section on the app is not great/detailed), exertion and so on. You could easily see if you have changed something in your daily life weather it be exercise or something else. How your heart rate (over the whole day) changed.

Might be a way to see this but all I can see is posts about RHR. Calculated when sleeping or not moving. Should be a relatively simple algorithm considering some of the complex functions it already has.

Cheers.

What @LZeeW  says. However you might want to link your Fitbit account with Cardiogram and have some more information about your heart rate.

This is a great app! Why can't we have a similar breakdown of data in our fitbit app?

And, hoping the source data (HR) from the Sense is somewhat accurate. Since the app gets data from the fitbit app.

Heart rate accuracy is a much discussed topic and have polarizing opinions from users.

Thanks for this recommendation.

Well of course all data derived by Cardiogram depends on the accuracy of the source. On this I wouldn't trust the results much.
