@Birdsense I hope you're doing well.
Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried these suggestions to help improve the battery life on your device? If you haven't then please give them a try. Also note that the Snore detection and SPO2 features will use more battery life on your Sense.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerAlvaroFitbit,
My Sense has just done the same thing... battery appears to be dead and will not charge. Purchased around June / July... so just a few months old.
Would you help me understand how to resolve or send in for repair?
Thanks
don't send it in for repair! I had the same thing happen to me, I laid it down on a table, and a few days later I noticed it was at 2%, so I charged it and ever since then, it has been fine..

@Jarion Thanks for stopping by!
I would suggest you try the suggestions in my previous post as these are designed to improve the battery life on your device. Also check if you are using the features I mentioned before. You can also try the suggestion @lablover55 kindly shared.

Best Answercould be the charger that is bad.
Best AnswerAlvaroFitbit,
Thanks for the reply...
After I sent the note to you I continued looking for a solution on fitbit.com... and I found a recommendation to clean the area on the Sense where the battery charger connections are made with the magnet. The recommendation was to use rubbing alcohol and a tooth brush to clean the contacts on the back of the sense. Once I performed this task and then plugged in the charger... it charged up and has been good ever since.
Thanks again!
JT
