My Fitbit sense is 14 months old and battery is dead, i purchased a new charging cord and it still shows 0% with a battery symbol on watch face, what hurts is, in AUSTRALIA that watch cost $450 and all i got was 14 months so do i just throw it away and buy apple instead

Hi @91fitlazy - as @NellyG says, it should be covered by warranty, in the shop where you bought it [you may get an over the counter exchange] or Fitbit direct for a refurbished one.
However it is not necessarily a battery issue, as other things can produce the 0%, such as a failed factory reset, water ingression or other charging issues, like the watch contacts are too dirty, which can lead to a faulty charge cable Check carefully the 4 pins all have the same height to make sure, and try another power source such as a PC before going for a warranty claim.
