i received my Sense replacement. i have used it for some days by now. i realised that my heart rate readings are much lower compared to my previous Versa. the readings are so low such that my zone minutes are very low. the zone minutes are like 1 zone minute for 31 min workout or 6 zone minutes for 2 hours of hike.
is there an issue for my new Sense? how to verify if the readings are accurate?

@SunsetRunner - have a look in the forums concerning heart rate, some report it under reads while others report it over reads during movement compared to prior models.
Short of using dedicated measuring equipment you won't know and even then it can vary depending on the movement.
The good news is that at rest it is fairly accurate and so can measure sleep and resting heart rate reasonably well.

my resting heart rate is also lower using Sense as compared to my previous Versa. which is telling the truth? Should i be really concerned?

@SunsetRunner- difficult to know absolute values without another means of measuring. These devices may have a certain degree of variance depending on the device, the user, the activities and conditions.
What is of more value is following trends using the same device, this will give you a fairly good idea of how things are going. If there is a considerable change there may be cause for further investigation, unless the reasons are obvious [such as too much over eating and drinking at Christmas!! lol]
