Sense screen stuck is black

Hello,

Yesterday, the screen of my sense watch was stuck on a clock motif while I changed for another motif. Then, I had the 2 motifs in same time on the screen. After 10 hours, It was really difficult to read the screen.Today, the screen is almost black with a band more brigther. It's like I hit my watch against something, but it is not. Besides the "black" screen, the watch is working : deliver data, vibrate, charge.

I restarted 3 times the watch in 24 hours.

Hi @Emaldya - it seems something serious has happened to your watch, You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they will probably get you to factory reset it.

You can also do this yourself from the watch Settings, About Sense menu. But be careful.

  • Sync first if you can
  • be aware that the watch may not be usable after, for various reasons
  • when the screen goes blank, wait several [5] minutes before doing anything and not before the logo has appeared
  • note the clocks and apps you use currently in the Gallery tile, in case they need reinstalling
  • remove the Sense Bluetooth entries from the phone
  • if it works, run the Set up a Device and use replace the watch.
