Sense battery draining fast

Hi! I updated my app the other night and restarted my phone and fit bit and now my sense drains soooooo quickly. I was late getting up this morning because it drained over night so my alarm didn’t go off! I have checked all my notifications and settings and they’re all the same as they were before the update. Can anyone help? The battery has been awesome up to the point.
