I have the Fitbit Sense, but I do not know how to log my calories for the day. Can anyone walk me through it.

If you are talking about calories burned, there's nothing to log. Fitbit does it automatically.

Click on the plus sign beside calories in in your fitbit app, it'll bring up a page that shows your calories in versus out for the day and at the top of that it'll have a plus sign, a barcode, and a share icon. Hit the plus sign if you're adding food and another page will come up saying frequent, recent and custom, again hit the plus sign and start typing in whatever food you're looking for and it may pop up (brand names as well) if it does it will prompt you once you've selected it to adjust the amount of the serving size for said food you've had. You can then log it at the bottom of the screen and select what meal or snack it is.
If you need to enter a recipe from home hit custom in the previous menu mentioned and enter the nutritional information and save it, then log it (prompts will be at the bottom) this also is a good option to add food not listed in the section you look food up in.
When trying to just shortcut and copy directly from packaging use the barcode. Hope this helps its alot of info and someone else may explain better
