I followed the manual instructions for pairing Bluetooth speakers/headphones, but my Sense doesn’t find the headphones in “my devices”. Anybody else run into this problem?

Is your headphone in discovery mode, and the headphones not connected to your phone or another device?

I don’t know anything about discovery mode. There’s nothing about that in the headphones instructions. The headphones are paired to my iPhone.

Well then make sure your phones Bluetooth is off before trying to connect the Beats to the Sense.
Most headphones go into discovery mode for a minute or two after being turned on.
