Hi,
After the most recent update my sense smartwatch is not holding battery and is running out very quickly. Yesterday I put it charging and its already at 18%. My watch is constantly on sleep mode and not connected to Bluetooth until I want to have a look at my stats for the day. What can I do to resolve this? I spent £280 on a watch that can't even do what it says on the box.

Just some extra information: I'm on firmware 44.128.5.49
My installed apps: Spotify, Assistant (Google), Wallet, Training, Alarms, Timer, Calendar, Weather, Settings, Barcodes2, EDA-scan, Clock Faces, ECG, Today, Find My Phone.
It was fully charged at 8AM, it's 4:40PM now and it's at 51&%.
Something may be going on with mine too. Just noticed it is at 42%. I could have sworn I just charge it the other night.
In the past got 20% drain in 24 hours.
I’m charging to 100% tonight and will report back.
Me too Malnor655 it's very frustrating, these devices aren't cheap either. I hope Fitbit realise this and sort it.
Best AnswerI was Waiting til tonight at 7:30 to look at it.
That’ll be 24 hours exactly. But you got me curious
last night 7:30 PM CST it was 100%
Right now 1:55 PM 85%.
ThIs morning at 4:30 a.m it was 95%
I am still at around the normal 20% drain every 24 hrs (after iOS update and Fitbit app update listed below).
Maybe I took a lot of calls, texts, and emails and the drain was an aberration.
update: 8:00 pm 81%. My battery has not degraded since the update. Still getting 20%
Started happening to me over the weekend. Didn't not it at first but after charging it in Thursday night I had to charge it again on Saturday night. Charging it again last night. Woke up to it being at 80%! And it's not the blue tooth because my phone is off at night while it charges. Stinks because I use it as an alarm to get up and the alarm doesn't work when it's at 20% or below. Hope the fix it quick.
Anyone got any resolution on this? I'm in the USA and updated my Samsung on Oct 14th - ever since then my Sense won't even last a day on a full charge. I'm back to using my old Versa which has no problems holding a charge. I don't want to have to turn on and off my Bluetooth everytime I want to sync my Sense!
It's good to know I'm not the only one with this issue - I am 13 months after I purchased my Sense and I was worried that I plopped down so much money on something that gave up on me just outside of the warranty!
Frustrating though.
