My Sense’s battery is draining 100% in less than two days. I am updated to the latest iOS version and I have removed the Blood ox app. I’m also not using it any differently than I was in the past when the battery would last 4+ days - even with the blood ox app installed and being used

Hi, this seems like a common issue since a recent firmware update (which may have been done manually ). Or Fitbit App updates (which may be automatic, depending on your settings),. If it corresponds to a recent change, that will be the cause.
Have a look in the forum for similar reports and responses.

You may want to contact Fitbit support. If your battery is draining that quickly, there might be something wrong with it, unfortunately.

I had the same problem with my Fitbit Sense, beginning a couple of weeks ago. Now it is no longer charging and is effectively dead. Fortunately it is still under warranty and customer service are sorting it out for me.

PS I have a Google Pixel 4a phone, so the problem is not iOS specific.

@cmgurney - it's unlikely to be a watch issue as many people report both the sudden battery draining following updates and not charging issues due to bad cables or dirty contacts.
At least you will get a replacement charger cable but may be not a new watch.
If you still have the watch check the pins on the charge cable, that they are equally prominent and not loose, and the watch is clean so it makes good contact.

The contacts are clean. The charger cable - like the watch - is only two months old. When the cable was connected to the watch the screen lit up as normal, showing the watch charging and the percentage left in the battery. So the charger was working. However, the battery did not charge but instead drained completely. I tried charging in several different locations (wall charger and computer port) so it wasn't the outlet either.

I looked for previous complaints and the fitbit moderator said they were closing that for comments and if you were still having issues with it and had an android phone to make a new comment. It drains every other day.

Our watch is brand new. Less than a week worn. It's had 2 full charges and needing its 3rd now. Sure seems like the fitbit to me.

@Lmkx3- As you are new to the watch check Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
The quick battery drain is a recent issue that suddenly started happening for people - I'm on an older firmware [44.128.5.38] and Fitbit App 3.44 and it's not a problem.

It has died completely, so Fitbit are sending me a replacement. My Sense is only 2 months old but I've had two previous Fitbits, so know all about extending battery life. The second one also had a battery that died, but just outside the warranty period, unfortunately. After these two experiences, I won't be buying another Fitbit.
