My battery lasts maybe 2 days. I charge it while in the shower every day
My daughter told me hers lasts almost a week. The watch is not on all the time

Do you have Snore Detect tuned on?  That is big battery user.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
