Hi there, my Fitbit Sense is now one year old and that capacity of the accu will reach zero after just two days. Does anybody have the same problem and is there a solution?

Hi there, @Ladislaus. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Sense is draining quickly. I understand where your concern is coming from as the Fitbit device has reached one year old now.
To better assist you, may I know if by any chance you're using Snore Detection? If so, please note that this feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
Hope this helps.

I have the same issue, my sense is also just 1 year old. I don’t have snoring monitor and my clock face is set to manual only……

My Sense is now about 20 months old and it had been working perfectly, battery lasting approximately 5-6 days. On the 16th October I'd charged my Sense in the morning and whilst on a walk that evening, it vibrated to notify me I'd done my steps for the day, but then shortly after it vibrated again and continued to vibrate for about a minute or so. When I looked at my Sense the blue logo was stuck on the screen and it wouldn't do anything. I put it on charge when I got in, the battery was at 0% but after leaving it for a hour or 2 I eventually managed to do a re-start and the watch face came on, but it was frozen, I couldn't swipe, left, right up or down. So I reset it again and again and it worked, but then the battery drained back down to 0%. I left it on charge over night, but when I unplugged it it would only last 2-3 hours and it would need charging again. I've re-set it many times, turned everything off, no notifications, put it in sleep mode, sync only when required etc, so it does just the very basics now. Battery has improved somewhat and will last about 9-10 hrs but then it needs charging again, this is nowhere near the 5-6 days battery life I had previously and now not really the function/use I was expecting from my Sense as I seem to spend more time not wearing it as it keeps needing charging. I'm not aware if any software updates happened, and it doesn't say it needs one now. I'm in the UK, any suggestions please? Thanks.

Went through the same problem, my Sense is also 1 year old. I factory reset the Sense and left the default clock face on for about a week then tried a different clock face than what I had before and it does last now 3 to 4 days. HOWEVER, I have resigned to the fact that I am in for a different watch because of the recurring problems that individuals have with the Sense battery life. Support can check remotely if your battery is done for and support told me my battery is toast.
So I am monitoring a health tracker that gives me at least 4 days battery life does AFib detection and good sleep tracking and is not owned by Google because they can't be trusted. There is a possible exception if they release a Sense 3 and reintroduce the features that they took away from the Sense when releasing the Sense 2.

I am having the same problem since Google destroyed the app.
