Hi @Diane112. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As you may know, the Sense should last 6+ days, however the battery life will depend on how frequent its features are used. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but as with any other electronic device the features will impact its battery. If you're using the SpO2 Signature or an animated clock face, GPS to track exercises or if the Always-On Display function is enabled, you may have to charge your Sense more often. That being said, I'd recommend to fully charge your watch, follow the tips to maximize the battery life described in this help article and monitor its behavior in the next days. Make sure to use the charging cable that came in the box.
In regards to your other question, do you refer to quick replies via text or voice feature? If that's correct, let me explain that this feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. If you have an Android phone and this feature isn't working, double check if your Sense and the Fitbit app are updated, and try setting up quick replies one more time.
