Sense won't receive notifications

My Fitbit Sense was working great. There was an update and now I am not getting notifications on my Sense from my phone.  I have turned both electronics off and back on. I have disabled and re enabled notifications. The "Send a Test Call Notification" does not work.

Hi @Jenny92986. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for every step tried prior to posting and for the information provided. While your watch is updated, make sure the Fitbit app is also updated and allowed to run in the background. Once that is done, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Verify the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off on your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap your Profile Picture > Sense and set up the notifications one more time.
