Hi @Nicola_grec. It's great to see you around the forums.

Thanks for sharing that your Sense isn't tracking your sleep scores after the update. As you may know, watch will generate your sleep scores based on your heart rate, the time spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages. That being said, may I know if your watch is recording sleep stages correctly? Have you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app instead of just wearing your watch to bed? Also, was your watch's battery critically low?

I'd recommend to restart your watch to refresh its settings, wear it to sleep and sync it once you're awake to check your details. Please note that if you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely, your data won't be recorded correctly. You can try wearing it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone.

Hi @Nicola_grec. I hope you're doing well.

Thanks for keeping me posted and I'm glad that you've been receiving sleep scores in the last days. While it's odd that you didn't receive this data before, this shouldn't happen again. Just make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated as you've been doing so your Sense can continue syncing correctly.

In case you have some spare time, let me invite you to visit our Health & Wellness board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, let me know.

Catch you later!

I am having this issue for last night's sleep and it happened a few times so far. It shows my sleep data in my iPhone app but not on the watch. I have restarted the watch and tried syncing again and still nothing on the watch. I guess it doesn't matter much if my phone has the info, but still odd to see no score for sleep on the watch.

Hi @Nicola_grec@Guy_ and @newfiechic. It's good to see you around.

@Guy_, thanks for joining this thread and I'm glad that the sleep score issues got resolved. That's great news and if you have any other question, you are always welcome to share it in the Community Forums.

@newfiechic, thanks for every step tried prior to posting. I understand your concern about having your information updated on your watch and the Fitbit app. Just to confirm, does this happen just with the sleep scores? Are you seeing the sleep scores on the clock face? Or do see your data on the Today app? I'd suggest to remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings, check if the Fitbit app is updated, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and try checking your details one more time.

@LizzyFitbit It was the clockface and the Today App. I removed and manually synced and then went back in to the Today App and it was there this time and then showed up on the clockface. Yay! Thank you for your help!
