Sense battery is quickly draining

I have had my FitBit sense for a short while now and I have noticed that the battery life is extremely short. I am using it with and android device, but I hardly keep it connected via Bluetooth, I have tried turning off all the alarms, I never keep it "always on", I only sync it about once or twice a week, and many other solutions to try to keep the battery going but nothing seems to be working!

The max battery life I can seem to get out of it is only about 2-3 days, which is nowhere near the 6+ days that i was promised upon purchased. I have always loved using my FitBit but it seems as though i cant actually do anything at all with it because it is dying way too fast. I'm no longer sure why I invested so much money into something that can barely function the way it's supposed to without it dying so soon.

Are there any solutions to this issue? Any help at all would be appreciated greatly!

Make sure you don't have 'Snore Detect' permanently on.  It is a big battery user.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It's definitely not on. I have turned off almost everything. It is still dying super fast.

I just got my Sense 2 weeks ago and have to charge it every day.  I have Sp02 and snore detect off.  I have GPS turned off for walking/running and of course always-on display is turned off too.  I'm at a loss and hope I didn't receive a defective purchase.

Same issue. I am very disappointed with the sense. I really liked my ionic but have so many issues with the sense like. Battery life (2days) , customer service (there is none) , syncing problems (doesn’t sync automatically)

Hi

You have to charge everyday?

Wow that is excessive!

Have you tried a reset?

I tried a reset, and still, I shouldn't have to charge all day.

I think I discovered the issue.  I turned off "Readiness Score" yesterday and my watch didn't die overnight!!!  It's at 72% now so I don't think it's going to last me near 6 days but I guess I'll find out.

This is also a problem with my sense. The first month it was amazing! Actually lasting about 5 days. Now I am down to charging about every 36 hours. Not a problem with IOS, everything is off. I have done everything listed on the board, resets, included. I and am super disappointed. Never had this issue with my charge. My only 5 month old watch, acts like I have had it for years.
I was hoping the new update last month would help, but it did not. 😥

so what do we do FitBit? This is an issue that needs to be fixed, and not stuffed off on IOS products. I am an android user. What are we looking at? Can we get replacements? New update? Anything?
