getting very frustrated that the last 2 sense watches have died with a month of using them
Is anyone else having the same problem
Also The iconic ones seem to work a lot better and the tracked the swim lengths far better than this one does it doubles the number of lengths you do.
Not great seeing is a new model

Hi, @Angieapp, welcome, I assume you have been in contact with "Customer Support" about your problem devices.
You may find this article of interest How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device? May I suggest you check your settings? I'm a daily swimmer and while occasionally I have a lap count glitch I find it's pretty accurate.
I hope this is helpful.
Cheers

Hi @Angieapp - you may be one of the unlucky ones whose watches have drowned. This seems to be a prevalent problem especially as some watch faces detach completely, meaning the seals can be somewhat unreliable.
Have a look in the forums, personally I avoid getting them wet which is no help to you for swimming.
Who knows you may be lucky to have one that will resist water intrusion but after warranty I wouldn't risk it.
