sense not tracking my steps correct or distance

I got a replacement Sense about a month ago and didn't really pay attention, but it isn't recording my steps or my distance correctly.  I got for a walk that is pretty much the same distance (which is a little over 4 miles).  Today it recorded me taking 1,910 steps and .8 of a mile distance for my over 4 mile walk.  Something is wrong with it.  I reset it and deleted the app and put it back on and I'll see how that goes.  I did look under my profile and I have the correct height and I do wear it tight on my wrist all the time, so that isn't the problem.  Help.

Thank you but that wasn’t the problem.  If I walk over 4 miles and it only registers .8 of a mile, something isn’t right.  I reset everything and it is working great now.  It was a glitch.
