My fitbit sense won't hold a charge

I use my sense for keeping track of time, steps and sleep.  I don't listen to music or do anything fancy with it.  Yesterday at work I got a message my battery was low.  I put it on my charger at work, which I've used many times.  At the end of the day I put it on and it reported 0 o/o.  I went home and put it on the charger there, which is the main charger I use for it.  I left it on all night, this morning it's still o o/o.  I've never had any trouble with it in the past.  I don't think it's a year old.  Do you have any suggestions?

thank you

Hi @debc411 - it's possible the watch contacts need a thorough cleaning, unless you got it wet in which case it may have damage inside, be careful charging it as if that is the problem it could get hot.

You may have a secondary problem of excessive battery drain, to be dealt with separately.
