It you missed or misunderstood checking off certain boxes when ordering a fitbit and contact them within 24 hours, they will not added for you; free six month premium, calm trial, and 2 year protection plan.

The free premium trial comes with the tracker, within a week you should get an invite. 

As for the 2 year extended, we use to be able to add it, after the purchase. I'm not sure about now. However, we can go directly to Square Trade and add this. It may be a few ore dollars. Square Trade will let you add protection to almost any household purchurse, from appliances, laptops, tv's, watches, cell phones, etc. 

Then again, there are others like Upsie, and Asurion.
