The same happened to me, mine’s less than 3 month’s old. Contacted Fitbit support, they’re sending me a replacement.

Mine is the same - less than 5 months old and since I’ve updated it this week, it now drains to 0% within 24 days. I’ll contact customer support too 😞

I had the same problems, battery drain, not syncing and unable to connect to wifi. I then installed the latest ios update (14.5.1) and the firmware of the watch (128.4.17) via bluetooth. That solved the problem for me. Hope this is of any help for you.

I am having the same issue. Battery drains in less then 24hrs.
Could someone help me with this?
Looks like a lot of folks are having the same issue.

It’s since I updated the app on my iPhone a few days ago. Today it drained down to 0% by 7pm. This is really frustrating 😞

Same happened to me. I did a factory reset, and as of now (a few days now, almost a week), it seems to have fixed the issue. I held off on doing the factory reset, thinking it would be a huge headache, but it was actually quick and easy. Even my non-Fitbit watch face was easy to reinstall. It's worth a try at least.

Hi JCBish, it takes how many hours for you to full charge the watch and last how many days after the factory reset?
The past 2 days, my one month old Fitbit Sense takes less than 30 mins for full charge, and drain off after couple of hours. It was working fine previously, which was lasting 4-5 days. I just did the factory reset, hope the issue could be solved 😥

The factory reset seems really resolved the battery issue for me. I've reset and full charged it this morning, and after wearing for 9 hours, the battery level is 96% now. I will monitor for couple of days to make sure the issue has really get resolved. Thanks JCBish.

I did the factory reset too and it seemed fine but after 24 hours it started draining 10% per hour and I have now sent it back to Fitbit
