I purchased the FitBit Sense less than 2 weeks ago and the screen cracked by a simple touch on the wall. I called the customer support and had a live chat with a customer rep and they are unable to replace the product. This product is meant to be used for sports and recreation, but it cannot handle the everyday wear. On top of that, I am throughly disappointed with the poor customer service I received for a product that isn't even 14 days old. Very disappointed with this especially since I come from a FitBit wearing family (we have 10+ people wearing their products in my immediate family circle).

Hi @SunsetRunner if you purchased using a credit card or Paypal, check to see if either of them cover your purchases with a warranty. It's worked for a few people.
