Since update the battery notification charge keeps flashing and seems to be drainig the battery

My battery is draining every day and I just got my Sense at end of December. Very frustrating

Have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the battery on my Sense - yes, I know... early days yet.
Coming to the end of its first full charge since purchase (I let the ~60% factory charge drop to a few percent before the initial charge.
It's currently at 20% charge and almost 7.5 days (2 hours short) since that first charge.
No complaints at this early stage.
EDIT 26th. I may as well wait an hour until I get to 8 days before charging it. Currently at 16%. If it stays within a couple of days of this for the next 3 or 4 years I will be impressed.

Suggest you reset the Sense and set it up again. First do a manual sync so you loose no data.
Could also be an issue with the app, so might be worth uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Try this first and check as it's simpler and quicker than a reset of the Sense.
Obviously you've also rebooted your phone as well as the Sense? Could be simply a software glitch causing the battery to drain.
Phones and Fitbits need occasional reboots.
