Hello

My ionic was recalled and I repurchased a Fit Bit sense to replace it.  Upon purchase I was to receive a free 12 month subscription to the premium version.  Do I get an email with a code?  How do I receive 12 months free?

They told me there was a box to check when you ordered your sence if you did not your out of luck that there is nothing they can do and all you get is the 6 month that comes with the purchase of the sence. I think that bs but that’s what they told me
