My FitBit Sense battery has drained completely and will not charge. I've tried multiple charging cables, one of which was brand new and the battery does not charge. The FitBit sense is just sitting in my apartment on the charging cable for days with out receiving a charge. I'm about to invest in an Apple Watch if this can't be fixed. This was an issue with my FitBit Ionic (what I had before) as well. Any ideas? Thanks.e

Hi @pf21581 - it is important to make sure the terminals are clean and try using a PC as the power source and note the connection/disconnection information.
If the watch got wet (or whatever caused the problem) it might get hot while (not) charging, if so stop immediately.
Whatever the problem it is mostly likely not the battery.

@Guy_ Looks like the terminals may have been a little dirty. I wiped it down and seems to be charging again. Thank you.
